Pricing Disclosure

Pricing is based on the assumption that the average dental practice receives approximately 55% of its monthly revenue from insurance-related collections. Because every practice has a different payer mix, actual pricing may vary.

If your practice receives less than 55% of its monthly revenue from insurance, you may qualify for a lower pricing tier based on your practice’s actual insurance volume and billing needs.

Final pricing is determined based on practice-specific factors and is subject to review and verification.

Our Patient Accounts Receivable Management add-on Service Fees

There is a fixed base price for this service with a variable cost increase for collection letters or statements which require postage and handling. The fixed price is based on your total office collections for the month. The more you are collecting, the larger the office and the greater the work load.
